Cancellation and Exchange

1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you may cancel or amend your order by sending us an email.

1.2 Once an order has been packaged, it can no longer be canceled or changed. In this case, the order must be returned to us in accordance with section 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, shipping times may be longer and beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may, of course, notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
An early refund is only possible 16 weeks after placing the order if the goods have not been received.

1.3 As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery. A refund before receipt of the goods is therefore only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns and Refunds

2.1 Our return policy is part of these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of our website.

2.2 If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may notify us by email of the product you wish to return and then return the product to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final item.

2.3 Return shipping costs and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Additional costs such as customs duties and taxes may apply when returning goods.

2.4 The product must be received by us in order for the customer to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.

2.5 You must ensure that the product is sent back in the same condition in which you received it, and that it is properly packaged. The product must be unused, tags must not have been tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned damaged, we also reserve the right to refuse the return.

2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.

2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email confirming your return. The refund will be issued promptly through the payment method you used for the order, after we have confirmed your return. No storage fees will be charged.

2.8 The cancellation is considered complete once we have physically received the goods.
